Prefer 70's twin shock that needs restore or work. That would best fit my buget and skills.
TY250, TL250 maybe other brands if I can get parts to fix them. Used to ride 76 Alpina 350 but never competed but would like to now as Rookie! Send pics if you can.

I have a complete and running 1973 TL125 with a 145 kit installed for $585. Includes Fox rear shocks and a new 145 piston and rings kit in the wrapper. Bike is located in Shooting Creek, NC. (Closer to you, but 2.5 hours from me.) I can take some photos the next time I'm up there in 2 or 3 weeks. I have clean stock exhaust plus a modified system. The bike starts easy and everything works. Can be ridden as-is or freshened up cosmetically.

I have a 95 Beta techno 250 that I have just decdie to sell. Have ridden it much at all, just down to check the mail. Seems like $1500 is a fair price for it and the new rear sprocket and chain to installed yet.
