Hello to those in charge of website/discussion area. If it's not too much trouble, how about fixing it so that only the last 30 days worth of stiuff is on there? Thanks

What do you mean "those" ? This BB software does not give you the ability to set the display dates of messages on a per user basis.
Therefore I have to prune them manually and when I do, they are gone forever. I don't see what the big deal is, but I pruned all the forums back to Jan 15 2003. I hope you are happy you old grouch!

Well, uhhmmm, hey, Ron, my bad I did not speak up on this sooner, I saw the message from Trialsman, but did not expect the information to be "gone".

I like having access to the older discussions, I also like having the ability to go back and bring topics back forward (sounds like an oxymoron somewhere there). Particularly items such as the discussions over the rules, discussions about potential venue changes for the meeting, this week I went back through the older discussions and found the Trials game that Dean was looking for. And sometimes, I go back to remind myself of what I have said I would do.

I do not know if server space or something is at a premium, but I for one, and I may be the only one, would like to continue to have access to the older stuff if possible. (I understand that what is gone is gone.)

Besides that, I was going to have to bring up the wimping out of someone in particular at the Fat Boy Freestyle competition, and use an old post to do it with!!!!!

Well, whatever you decide is ok with me, but in the future If I could get a heads up I will try and archive some. (or maybe just cheat and bring some forward!)

Ron,
I don't blame you for humoring Trialsman... you are right, he is grouchy, just a bit pushy, and besides he is old too. By the way, the nature of his posts seem to indicate his cheese is slidin' off his cracker (if you know what I mean) God bless his old bones.

I guess I need to be more delicate in my wording. It was only a suggestion and not meant in any negative way. Old I will admit to but when you use the word "grouchy" you sound like my wife.
