The Cycle World International Motorcycle Show will be at the Cobb Galleria on March 17, 18 & 19.

We, STRA, will be hosting a booth at the show to promote not only the World Round but also our sport and our club. We need volunteers to help staff the booth during the show so if you plan on attending and can help out please reply to this post. I'd like to schedule shifts of 2-3 hours each with at least 2 people at the booth at any given time.

The show hours are:
Fri. March 17th, 4pm - 9pm
Sat. March 18th, 10am - 9pm
Sun. March 19th, 11am - 6pm

For more show info and a list of dealers with discount tickets go to http://atl.motorcycleshows.com/atlanta

Thanks,
John

Thanks to those that have volunteered!

As part of our presentation we will have a Trials bike on display. We want to elevate it so it can be seen from either end of the aisle that we are on. Anyone have something, or any ideas, that we might put the bike on to get it up to about 8 to 10 feet or so (safely and securely)?

We will also need a couple of stands for TVs that will be playing Trials videos.

For those of you working the show plan on wearing a Trials Jersey or a Trials related T-Shirt. We want the crowd to know that we are indeed Trials Riders.

... an idea about displaying the trials motorcycle above eye level would be one of those Little Giant scaffold/ladder set-ups, if someone has one we could use.

Jeff you are correct. The concept has been tested and I have a ladder in hand.

Thanks,
John

Now you need a sheet that has rocks painted on it to drape over the ladder and a log across the ladder with a wheel of the bike on it.
Any one have clear tie downs? Smile

You do it on the edge and bolt the foot pegs to the frame. The bike sits on the Skidplate and the bolts through the footpegs secure the bike too the stand.
