Anybody know how many CC's per leg. What weight do you run? I was going to put 5wt in. Dwight sold me on the Beta's at Clarksville.

I am not absolutely positive, but fairly confident that your forks are basically the same as my '04 forks. The '04 specs are:
Right leg fill to 60 mm from top of tube with fork fully collapsed.
Left leg fill to 120 mm from top with fork fully collapsed and spring inserted. (Betas only have a spring in the left side. Use 5wt oil in both. This method is better than just using a measured amount.

I assume that is with the fork off the bike and vertical.

I never cease to be amazed at the ways that humans find to miscommunicate. I should have stated that the fork leg should be vertical. Oh yeah, the axle end should be down. Wink
I hope your likin' the new bike. I am anxious to get some feedback.

Don't you just love those kind of questions. Thanks for the measurements though. I don't have a book to reference anything on the Beta but I am wrtiting it down so thanks.I am looking forward to getting some time on it. I will let you know how it goes.
