I was fixing to get number plates with my class and name on them but I remembered seeing somewhere that the STRA had plates for members. Where can I get one and what do they look like?

Terry,
Everyone who entered an STRA event last year (except the youth classes) can get a free number plate. These were distributed at the banquet and at the Newnan event. I also will bring them to Shooting Creek. After that, they will be used by the club as loaners for those folks that show up without one. The Plates are the unbreakable wrap around type (white) and you also get a class sticker ( single leter- black) and a set of stickers with your name- one for the plate and one for your helmet. Again, these are gifts for LAST years riders.

Me and my son both joined last year and rode novice. The first event I can come to this year is May at Sequatchie. Can I still get them there when I show up or should I go on and get some before then?

Ron,

I will also be riding my first event of the year at the TTC. If you can hold my plate until then I would appreciate it. If not, I would be happy to pay for someone to send mine and my daughter's (Shelby Ligon) to my house.

Thanks

Barton Ligon

One of the bad things about bulletin boards is that people sometimes register using only a first name or make up some cute name to hide their identity. Then they ask questions and assume that everyone knows who they are.
I have a number plate for Terry Knox and Richard Knox. Is this the correct Terry? Also I have yours Barton. I will bring them all to the TTC event also. I certainly hope that eventually everyone is able to get theirs.

I also have number plates available. There is a waiting period though, as these are engraved.
The plates we sell raise money for Trials for Christ, to off-set the cost of the web site and other operations. Also have some nice looking die-cut stickers. See these items under the T.F.C. canopy at an event near you!
