Hey Mark,

IF you can read, you might want to take a look at the STRA rules, which by the way, are the rules that CTC uses. Page # 7 I think its B-10. THAT WAS A FIVE Sunday, not a 3, but a FIVE, yea thats right a FIVE, a FIVE. That... means.... all... the... fingers... on... one.... hand.... OK.

TD

While I was whipping up on poor Darrell on the 1973 Bultaco I killed the motor in the section, feet on the pegs, rolling down hill and paddling out with the cluch in and never stopping. Kinda takes the "fun" out of things when you get worn out on two different forums. Mark.

Mark if you were paddling out with a dead engine, that is a three all day long! As long as you didnt stop forward movement.Last i heard, STRA and CTC used the NATC rules. Section 6 B-9 clearly states as long as there is forward movement with dead engine its not a five. What rules are we using?

Wow, I'm the only one in the STRA or CTC that is supposed to be able to take a JOKE I quess. I can see how I would be all wrong about what's a 5, since Chad rides so many more events than I do. Chad I still need some T shoes......unless I've hurt your feelings to. Jamie, TD......is your worst nightmare!!!

You cant hurt my feelings, i only have two! You need to tell me which fox shoes you would like. The ones you got last time are not available anymore. Dont make me bring the TL 125 out and whip up on you too. And my TL shines more than your bike..... DD you would be amazed at some of the calls we see at the nationals, thats why i always like to see the details of the questionable calls. I may not be at alot of the STRA events but still active with nationals minding for Will Ibsen. DONT FORGET TO CALL ME WITH WHAT SHOES YOU want, and i will show you how to paddle without getting a five! lol, Oh yeah may have to give me a month or so before i come and play at a local event as i will be getting cut on soon. Need a little time to recover. You know this minding stuff is hard on your body!!!

what do you guys think about proposing a change to the STRA 8-10 rule at the yearly meeting to match the NATC rules? as of now the STRA rule 8-10 doesn't have the extra verbiage the NATC rule does, allowing footing while maintaining forward progress.

"I'm just sayin"

Tim
PS Ron has a tab on the front page for the STRA Rules.

Hey Tim,
Do you know what rules we are using? I didnt make the last meeting, but the year before i thought we were using NATC. It may be that we are and our site is not updated. I dont know thats why i was asking which ones we used, because one way its a five and one way its a three. Andrew says hello, i told him you asked about him, he turned 20 yesterday.

Chad !!!
Long time no see ! You have to make it to the event @ Coyote Creek in Monroe , NC. , I've been riding with
Gordon alot up there, setting up sections for the ITSA event weekend before last , and the venue is FANTASTIC!!! Joe the landowner is so enthusiastic it's almost scary ... I'll try to be at Cornelia to check one and ride one day .
I hope your stitchwork comes out as good as my shoulder did !... And Gordon even rode my Trusty old Fantic alittle and except for the lack of disc brakes seemed to enjoy himself ... And Tim if your out there , I'll bring all the front end bits I can pack to Cornelia for ya ...!
Glenn
And PS. How could any of us bag on Marks Riding ????????????? Ya know' there is smooth and then there is SMOOTH !!!!!!

EXACTLY chad, kinda what i was thinking. I just wanted to know what happened, as a promoter, rider, minder, i like to hear the different scenarios. Plus we all like good ole darrell. Chad, if you havent already take a look at d bike next time, he will polish bike 20 hours a week and practivs 20 min! Thats what the shine comment was.

s far as posting on two forms, I just wanted everyone that couldn/t be at the trial to see how much fun they missed. I'm sorry for hurt feelings and making anyone mad over this. That was the last thing on my mind. By the way Mark, I want you to keep the fender, I was kidding when I said I wanted it back. It will look good on your bike.

Ok, Don't know what happened to my last post, but this is what it should have said. Chad everyone knows that you can beat me any day on the TL, so please don't bring it out and embarrass me! As for the pissing and moaning, I was just trying to carry over the fun we had at the trial. I was just kidding with all of that. As far as posting on two forms, I just wanted everyone that couldn't be at the trial to see how much fun they missed. I'm sorry for the hurt feelings and making anyone mad over this. Hey Darrell, I'm not mad, far from it, I just enjoy getting you wound up. I had a great day riding and that was the 3rd loop and it was the first points I had dropped. I do tend to be a bit intense and serious when I ride because I'm pushing myself to do the best I can. After the trials it's a different matter. Mark.
