I got this email from somebody via my website, Trials Network. Do any of you guys know where this kind of information would be? He's from the U.K., that's where his grandfather raced, I believe.

Here's the messag:

I don't know if you can help me or not, but I am trying to find information about my grandfather who used to ride for BSA motorcycles in Trials races in the early 1920's. I do not know what to input as a search to see if there is any info about the history etc on the web.
He was killed in September 1923 while riding in race, my father was born 6 weeks later so never knew his dad. His name was John Henry Walker.
Thanks if you can point me in the right direction.
Yours M Randles

Not that they will be the answer but, I'd try contacting the AMA. That or maybe some of the cycle mag's like Cycle News. They may not have any answers for you but they may point you in a direction. Good luck!
