Any chance someone can forward the 2nd round results to me so I can keep up with the standings?

Are the results going to be posted in the "Event
Results" area? I've seen the results from
round 1, but it's not posted yet.

Harry, let's set a "time limit" for results to be posted.

Time limit for who Paul? Remember, this is a volunteer organization & I've got no desire to have any power over anything. And, I still haven't seen any results for the event. I don't even know where I finished yet!

Help, help, help!

Jeff - did you have to rub in what I figured in the back of my mind? Ha! Thanks anyway. Needless to say I didn't have a fun day.

Darrell - hang in there! Even though I didn't like your the advance lines & you've got me considering moving down to Sportsman, THANKS FOR DOING THE EVENT!

Harry,

I think it would be a good idea if you move to Sportsman!! That would move me up a spot. That is if I ever have a bike again.

Frank

Let's see, a bunch moved to Expert, now if I get about 10 more guys to move somewhere, and the other 5 have a bad day, I could win. Cool!

Harry,
You don't want to move to Sportsman, do you? Me and Beasley are having a good start and you'd mess that up.

Harry,
If you had the results from round 1 and 2 , do you have a way to post them to the "RESULTS"
link?
Is it as simple as scanning in the results
and posting the attachment? Or do we still require Ron's special web talents?

Mickey,
Scaned results would be a start. And while several of us (Ron included) have had discussions about posting results & how it will be done, until we get the info, we don't know our way to the next step. So, if you've got the data, please step up to the plate & email me the info. From there I'm confident that things will be figured out. Just please be patient as we all have day jobs with that & feeding our families as our main priority. While this motorcycle stuff is fun, remember, its just fun.
Enjoy!

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have been checking my email regularly for results and have not received anything to post. The problem with promoters using a manual scoring system like was used at round 2 is that someone then has to go home and enter the info into a spreadsheet so that it can be posted. I would recommend to all promoters that they use a computer (the STRA has a new one for this purpose) and at the end of the day, the info is there and ready to post.

Regardless, please do not blame Harry or John. We can't post what we don't have.

Darrell,
We don't blame anybody. We appreciate the great event that you guys hosted. Everyone realizes that the STRA runs on the efforts of volunteers. I hope that anybody who is impatient about this is willing to step up to make it work better. Perhaps someone would volunteer to take the paper based results home with them and enter them for the promoter.

Like Ron says, if someone would step up & record the data after the event & then forward it to me, it would get published on the web a lot quicker. I can't stick around & wait till everything is done. Especially with the late Sunday starts as they have become this year.

Just got it so here it is. Better stuff to follow (hopefully) as time allows to develop this into a more presentable format.
