I'm down by Charleston with a 1974 Cota and no place to ride. My daughter is in school at USC so we go to Columbia regularly. Seems there are enough guys around that if a decent place to ride was found and a Sat or Sun selected there would be 10-12 folks show up for a fun day. Anyway, if you're looking for someone to ride with email or give me a call Jay Newberry cell 937-671-9540

(axulsuv--I lost your ph#)

John here in Columbia. One of a few trials + vintage riders in the area. Hope to hook up sometime and ride.

JAY !!!
I was wondering what happened w/you !Like I told you on the phone ,I've got enough room here in summerville to play and a bunch of great neighbors who can make more noise than i ever thought to. Also acess to some local woods that need to be explored and I need a riding budy so I quit spending so much time and money working on my fantic and actually get off my behind and ride the thing !! and I'm doing some ty80's for my boys too !

Not to take this thread off topic but, if you asked me if I'd been to the Carolinas I'd say maybe once. Then I started looking at where you all are from. Rick, I've been to Greer, my Aunt and Uncle live in Easley and I went to their 50 aniversay / renewing their vows in about 1997. Glen, I went to the Summerville HS graduation in 1982, a buddy lived in Ladson? John, we went to Columbia five and a half years ago to watch my brother-in-law graduate from Ft. Jackson. MAN was it hot in July!!! Jay, when we were in Summerville in 82 we went to Isle of Palms, first time I ever saw the ocean. Literally been there, got the tee shirt and wore it for many years.

I'll add it to my list and let you know when we ride. Usually on sunday mornings. We rode this past sunday. Had fun but the leaves were slick.
