Mick,
we will have a ton of stuff going on, and lots of vendors. We are still putting the list together. Some highlights:

Scheduled practice sessions on Thursday.
National Support trial on Friday.
Red Bull hospitality area all weekend for competitors and workers.
Live entertainment with the Sammi Moore band Friday and Saturday evenings.
BBQ pig roast all weekend.
USMTA trials demo area, including Ocet electric trials minibikes.
Bicycle trials demos all weekend.
Freestyle trials competition Saturday after the trial.
Vintage trials bike show.
Funmover RV show (tentative)
Dougie Lampkin Trials School, Monday-Tues. (tentative).
Women's Trials School Monday-Tues. (tentative).

and more!

We will have sponsorship with (so far): GasGas, Sherco, Red Bull, Pepsi, Budweiser, and Outdoor Tennessee Funmover RV's.

As of tonight (Sunday, March 26) we have all but 2 of the WR sections marked with the wires set into rock. Thanks to the group from D-4, NY, who helped out a bunch this weekend, and also the group from MN who helped out a couple weeks ago.

We still need to get the national support sections set, mark the loops, set up the enclosure around the WR sections, and do the final marking of the sections by running the ribbon through the wires & setting up paper and scoreboards.

This weekend and next I will be concentrating on marking the loops and the Friday sections. The Friday loop will be about 8 miles long: we will refer to it as the "Trail of Tears", and I could definitely use some help these next two weekends in marking the loops.

Dan, will Mike Friddell be leading the bicycle demos for the weekend? I have some items I could bring, but just wanted to see if we were on the same page.

Yes, Mike will organize bicycle demos, and thanks to you guys for helping promote the event. A guy stopped by yesterday who said he had picked up a flyer at an auto show in Birmingham where some bicycle guys were performing!

Donna, the Friday national is for riders of Advanced or Expert caliber only. But we could sure use your help with observing and then you could ride part of the loop!

Sorry Dan, I meant "classes" as is "schools" not levels of national competition. Are the schools open to novices? (I can't imagine Dougie Lampkin teaching novices but maybe I can attend the Women's Trials School?)

Yes we were able to hand out all of the fliers that Charlie gave us up in Chattanooga. We gave about half out there and half out during the Birmingham show a few weeks later.
